The Fox Ridge Homeowners Association is managed by Harwood Real Estate. Harwood Real Estate is owned by Bernard Harwood, who founded the company in 1993. Bernard is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a member of the state and local Association of Realtors and the state and local Homebuilders Association. As a member of the Community Associations Institute, Bernard has received education specific to homeowners association management.
